INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS (BUSINESS MIXER)
• Please arrive at the CONNECT PLAST meeting area (Hall 1) on time.
• After generating the table and seating chart, each user checks their assigned TABLE NUMBER in ROUND 1 (app or screen).
• There are 4 people at each table (or 3 at selected tables if the number of participants is not a multiple of 4).
• Each round is scheduled for 15 minutes (2 minutes for each Participant to speak, 5 minutes for cross-linking (table discussion), and another 2 minutes for switching to the next round).
• The number of ROUNDS is determined by the Organizer, and the end of each round will be announced with a special sound signal.
